Our Cincinnati location serves boaters throughout the Greater Cincinnati area and beyond with a selection of new and used boats, including some of the industry’s leading brands.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with customers throughout the boat-buying process – from helping them find the right boat for their family to getting them out on the water for demos and ultimately handing over the keys on delivery day.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Cincinnati sales team, you’ll:

• Assist customers shopping for new and used boats
• Build relationships with customers and help them find the right boat for their lifestyle
• Learn our boat brands, models, features, and technology
• Conduct boat walk-throughs and help coordinate on-water demos
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Support boat shows, dealership events, demo days, and other Current Watersports events
• Work alongside our sales, service, marketing, and management teams to create an exceptional customer experience

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t have to know everything about boats on day one. We’re looking for someone who is personable, driven, willing to learn, and excited to be part of the boating industry.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and building relationships
• Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Has strong communication skills
• Is comfortable following up with customers and sales leads
• Works well as part of a team
• Has an interest in boats, watersports, or the lake lifestyle
• Is excited to learn and grow with Current Watersports

Previous sales or boating experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn go a long way.
