Over the past 20+ years I’ve had the pleasure of owning 3 MasterCrafts. A 1988 Tri Star 190, a 1989 Pro Star 190 and my current boat a 2005 Pro Star 209. They’ve all been great boats. The first two were purchased from a small dealer in Cincinnati, Delta Propeller. My 209 was purchased from one of the local mega dealers. Delta Prop was great, the mega dealer was terrible.
I met the guys from Cincy MC soon after they opened. From day one, they have treated me like I bought the boat from them. A couple of years ago, I had them upgrade the stereo system. My first trip out that year was on Memorial Day weekend. An issue developed with the speaker system. I called Bill on his cell that day. To my surprise, he drove 2 ½ hours to the lake the next morning and fixed the issue. How many dealers would provide that type of service, on a Holiday weekend?? Very few if any. Especially, if the boat was purchased somewhere else.
This past summer I had my first breakdown, ever, in a MasterCraft. As, my wife and I were sitting in the water, a few Malibu’s went by. Obviously, we did not flag them down! Not long after, a buddy in a MasterCraft gave us a tow. I towed the boat home, called Cincy MC and scheduled to drop the boat off the next day, assuming to leave it for the week. When I arrived there I went inside and checked out some new boats. While talking to Bill, I told him I needed to get going and we should unhook my boat. He said no need, it’s almost finished. It was a fuel pump issue and Brent had it fixed in less than an hour. Again, how many dealers provide that type of service? None.
Simply put, Cincinnati MasterCraft is the best.
They are absolutely the best at customer satisfaction that I have ever seen. I cannot list the amount of times they have done something above and beyond what anyone else would do to ensure that we are happy with our X-30.

This weekend the guys delivered our new x46 and it couldn’t have gone better. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I thought I was excited, but it was nothing compared to how excited they were. After spending several long weekends at Lake Cumberland with new X25, we couldn’t be happier with our choices. Absolutely everything is perfect! The boat is truly a well blended machine which is loaded with class, style, room, performance and technology. The color scheme is truly SICK! It’s a real looker both trailered and in the water. I must say it was definitely well worth all the agonizing hours of color decisions. We navigated the windy main body of Lake Cumberland smoothly and steady like never before. The power tower is a wicked look and has earned the boat the name of “The Transfomer” from all our houseboating neighbors. The 430HP 6.2 is an absolute beast and delivers robust power in any cruising range at a moments notice.
We can already foresee the future and the many fun family/friend hours we will be enjoying on this boat. We’d like to thank you again for your time and effort, it truly helped build the perfect boat for us.

In January of 2010 with my family (my wife and 3 teenage children) we attended the Cincinnati Boat Show as we had done annually for years. We have been avid water skiers, wake boarders, and surfers for a number of years and we were always interested in seeing the newest boats. We had looked at Mastercraft for a number of years but we had stuck with a competitor because we never found the perfect combination: “a great boat with a dealer to stand behind the boat with great service”.
We met Jason, Bill, and Brent all 3 that evening along with seeing the new X-25. We thought we had found the perfect boat, but we were concerned about making sure it was the right dealer. They all 3 spent time not only with me, but also with each of my kids as well as my wife. In the end, all my family was impressed with all 3 and each with different reasons. From the great explanation on how to use the X-25, from the driving to how to ride a wakeboard or surfboard, to how to get the most out of the stereo.
We were sold and became a part of the Mastercraft family. But the story doesn’t stop there. They have gone beyond great service. Over the 2 summers we have had the boat back to the dealership (very conveniently located off I-75) a couple times, and they always exceeded our expectations.
We would highly recommend that if you have an interest in a new Mastercraft, everyone in my family would recommend Cincinnati Mastercraft.

One of the most meaningful examples for our family started off as what can only be described as a nightmare. After a long day on the water, we were in the process of putting our boat away for the night. Our poor judgement and our garage door teamed up to create a very bad ending to the day. Our windshield shattered as we stood speechless, not wanting to believe what we had just witnessed. Needless to say, finding a new MasterCraft windshield only a couple of weeks before Memorial Day weekend is almost impossible . . . almost. The Louisville MasterCraft team was able to pull some strings and convince MasterCraft to pull a windshield off of the production line for us. They got us back on the water on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.

My wife and I were considering a new boat and Cincinnati Mastercraft was an ideal match. We got to know the staff at the MasterBash in August at Norris Lake. While not intending to participate in the event, you three invited us to share in the experience with other MasterCraft owners. There was a friendly connection and you remembered our names (including our kids) all weekend and beyond. While being in sales myself, name recognition isn’t easy to do but it made us feel part of your family.
Several trips to the dealership with zero pressure to buy and always a friendly atmosphere, my wife and I are now the owners of a 2012 X25. We traded our 2004 X10 that we enjoyed for seven years. In summary, if you are concerned with buying a boat from a small dealership, I would say, they may be small but they are definitely mighty and we would highly recommend Cincinnati MasterCraft.
