MasterBash is BACK!

MasterBash is BACK for 2024!

For the first time in 4 years, Current Watersports is thrilled to announce that MasterBash is BACK! Join us May 31st and June 1st on Norris Lake for a weekend all about YOU!

All of our customers are invited to attend – regardless of what make or model boat you own. The more the merrier! Just keep in mind that this is a family-oriented event so bring the kids and neighbors! This is our way of saying thank you to our customers and allowing us to serve your boating needs.

You can check-in during at the following locations and times:
Friday:
10:00am – 12:00pm: Springs Dock
12:30pm – 5:00pm: MC Houseboat
Upon check-in you will receive your t-shirts, event itinerary, event map, poker run cards, koozies, etc. We look forward to seeing you on the water.You can download a PDF map that shows the location of the MC Houseboat to check-in after 12:30pm. This map also shows the locations of the various weekend activities.

MasterBash Registration

In order to properly plan for the event registration is required. You must register online by Wednesday, May 29th at 4:00pm (you WILL NOT be able to register at the lake). You can register at Eventbrite.

Registration Includes:

  • 1 Poker Run Card
  • 1 MasterBash T-Shirt sized to your liking
  • 1 Koozie
  • 1 Wristband for dinner Saturday night @ Sequoyah Marina

Extra Poker Run Cards

Extra Poker Run cards can be purchased while registering online or at check-in for $20 to increase your odds of winning big prizes. Please note that we allow only one extra poker run card per person.

If you click on the map to the right, you can find the event locations marked. If you want to find lodging, we recommend staying at the following marinas or visiting these sites because of their proximity to the events:

Can’t make the Poker Run? No problem! This year, you are able to purchase a ticket that will only include a 2024 MasterBash t-shirt, a koozie, and a wristband for dinner on Saturday, June 1st. You will see this ticket option after you click ‘Get Tickets’ on the EventBrite page.

The schedule of events is as follows:

Friday, May 31st
10:00am-12:00pm Check-In for MasterBash and pickup your goodie bag at Springs Dock. The goodie bag will contain your schwag, a lake map, and a schedule of events. Note: If you are unable check in at this time you can check in and pick up your goodie bag any time after 12:30 at the CWS Houseboat.
12:00pm-5:30pm Poker Run – This is a great way to explore Norris Lake and have fun while doing it. We will have 5 stops that will be indicated on a map in your goodie bag. At each stop you will draw a card and your poker run card will be marked according to the card you pulled. At the final stop you will submit your card for a chance to win prizes. Prizes will be awarded based on your poker hand, not speed! So don’t worry about how fast you get from one place to the next. Take your time, enjoy the lake, and have fun!
5:30pm Turn in your poker hand at Stardust Marina. You are on your own for dinner, but Stardust does serve food.
6:00pm Prizes will be given away for the top poker hands at Stardust Marina. Hang out and mingle on the dock while enjoying a live band!
Saturday, June 1st
12:00pm-4:30pm Floatilla! – Come tie up with everyone for a big raft-up at the MC Houseboat across from Deerfield. We will be back in the cove marked on the map. We’ll have music on lock, games and prizes for those that hang with us all day long!
6:00pm Dinner Time! – Join us for dinner at Sequoyah Marina. We will provide dinner and non-alcoholic beverages for those with dinner wristbands.
